Harlequin Pattern Girls Room Before – 1215 viewsOriginally, this was a plain beige wall. As you can see I am just getting started creating the harlequin diamond pattern. I have painted the pink base coat and first set of diamonds. Now I have to go back and paint the ones in between. This takes alot of time and patience and tape, so unless you have all three, I wouldn't suggest trying this at home!

Harlequin Pattern Girls Room After – 1360 viewsHere is my after shot of the same wall. See how lovely the dresser looks against this diamond pattern.

Harlequin Pattern Girls Room After – 901 viewsHere is another "After" view of this sweet little girls room. This room looks "pretty in pink". My client chose a very lovely shade of pink and we put that together with a metallic pink paint to give a two-toned look. Sometimes you catch the sheen of the metallic paint with the light, other times you see a deeper pink tone. I love the fact that it changes according to the light of day. This is something that will not wear on you as it is very subdued, but gives a very nice pattern to what was before, just beige walls.

Faux Marble Before – 840 viewsThis is the before picture of a faux green marble fireplace and mantle project. As you can see this client's mantle was very white before I got my hands on it.

Faux Marble After – 902 viewsThis process took three days start to finish. We definitely got rid of that too too white mantel and fireplace. Since the fireplace is the focal point of this room the faux marble fireplace draws attention to it, and rightly so!

Faux Stone Before – 638 viewsAs you can see this nice arch over the doorway didn't attract much attention with the walls painted the same color.

Faux Stone After – 863 viewsFull view of the stone arch. This project took three days start to finish. Whew was I tired after that one! It was a shame it was late in the evening and I had to use a shop light to get my final picture. But I think you can see how NOW the doorway is going to get alot more attention.
