Beach 1 Mural – 745 viewsThis wall mural is approximately 35 feet in length and 5 1/2 feet tall. The wall runs along a brick path to the back yard. The breakaway wall was suggested to make this scene come to life and it does make you feel that just beyond that broken wall is an ocean paradise. I don't know if you can tell from this picture, but this wall had some very heavy texture, which you can see to the right of the mural. I smoothed out the wall where I was to paint the mural and left the rough portion to give this a more convincing 3-D look.

Beach 1 Mural – 516 viewsThis show a little closer view of this wall breakaway. You can make out the heave stucco texture on this wall. In order to paint this scene, I leveled the texture out on the part of the wall I was going ot paint with some stucco patch to give it a smoother surface and make this scene more believable.
