Need a quick party favor? How about an easy craft your kids can make? These 'ghost' lollipops really fit the bill. This is suitable for children 5 years old and up. Older kids will enjoy it as well. Check it out!

For this craft you will need:

'Ball-top' lollipops
Tissues
Twister ties
thin-tipped marker

Take the center of the tissue and drape it over the top of the lollipop.  Try to cover as much of the lollipop stick as possible and try to make the bottom even all around.

Put the twister tie at the bottom of the ball part of the lollipop and twist the twister tie around the stick of the lollipop.  Make sure to wrap the ends of the twister around the lollipop stick.

Now take the marker and add a little face to your 'ghost'!         

Use your imagination.  You can use different colored tissues.  For example use a yellow tissue for a 'bird' and draw a beak on the face.  Use pink tissues, heartshaped lollipops and draw heart-shaped faces to use for Valentine's Day.   Add a pipe cleaner to make ears or arms by wrapping it around the lollipop stick.  Ask your kids for their ideas as well to encourage their creativity.
